The aim of this project is to develop an algorithm and software based on application of multiagent and adaptive systems, by which the quality of traffic light management and other traffic control instruments will fundamentally change. This will result in an increase of a stable traffic flow in the capital city, a decrease in travel times, a reduction of fuel consumption, as well as the amount of production of pollutants into the air.
