The aim of the project is to make the Ústí nad Labem region more attractive for visitors to the region who are looking for an unusual holiday, so agrotourism is an increasingly popular opportunity for active recreation. The applicant is a business entity - Ranch 3V Třebušín, which currently offers leisure time facilities for children and youth (riding club and summer camps); rehabilitation capacity (hippotherapy and healing stays for disabled children), sports capacity (driving lessons and training of sports riders) and, to a limited extent, accommodation capacity for visitors to the complex. To complete the quality facilities for year-round leisure activities for children and youth in the region, as well as for sport riding, agrotourism and hippotherapy operation, it is necessary to invest in the physical infrastructure of the area (owned by a non-profit company), technical ranch facilities and accommodation. In addition, the proposed project will remove the environmental burden (old gas station), which is part of the ranch land.
