Requested budget: 49.795.000 CZK

The aim of the project is to implemetation an integrated and coordinated approach to solving housing emergency in the Capital City of Prague. Within the project solution, a number of sustainable outputs will be created, that will help to implement useful social innovations in the Capital City of Prague and thus contribute to systemic solution of problems of people in housing need. The project consists of five key projects activities, the details of which are described in the annex to the application.

The project aims to promote health literacy and thus reduce health inequalities in vulnerable population groups at risk of poverty and social exclusion. The project plans to use infrastructure of field workplaces built within the completed EPOZ project. The project develops 10 key areas of lifestyle risk factors (hygiene, healthy housing, nutrition, exercise, reproductive health, prevention of infectious diseases, addictions, cancer, accidents).
