Holistic Integrative Approach for Early Stage Colorectal Cancer Prevention and Supportive Care (Asclepeo HolisticMed)
Požadovaný rozpočet: 695.072,02 EUR
The Asclepeo HolisticMed project proposes a structured, evidence based clinical study to evaluate whether an integrative therapeutic approach—centred on advanced colonic hydrotherapy combined with complementary naturopathic modalities—can contribute to the prevention or early stage management of colorectal cancer. The concept builds on a multimodal protocol referred to as the “Asclepeo NASA colonic”, which combines colon hydrotherapy, herbal infusions, vitamin and mineral supplementation, probiotics, targeted infrared heat, and red/near infrared light exposure. The project aims to scientifically assess the safety, physiological effects and potential preventive value of this combined intervention through a rigorous research design aligned with modern medical standards. The initiative draws inspiration from Hippocratic and Asclepian traditions while integrating contemporary naturopathy and conventional medical knowledge. The research team operates within an established alternative medicine clinic equipped for controlled therapeutic procedures and interdisciplinary observation. The project is grounded in a holistic understanding of health, recognising the interplay between physical, psychological, emotional, social and environmental factors in disease prevention and overall well being. By treating the individual as a whole rather than focusing solely on isolated symptoms, the study seeks to explore whether holistic interventions can complement existing preventive strategies for colorectal cancer. The project’s ambition is to generate scientifically validated data that can clarify the potential role, limitations and safety profile of holistic colonic based therapies within a broader preventive health framework.

European Framework for Safe, Trustworthy and Scalable Clinical AI (GENESIS)
Požadovaný rozpočet: 3.545.011,0 EUR
The GENESIS is a pan European initiative uniting 19 partners from 13 countries to create a gold standard framework for the safe, trustworthy and effective integration of AI into clinical practice. The project develops and validates an AI readiness framework tailored to real clinical needs, pilots it across diverse hospital environments, and provides education and prototype tools that help healthcare professionals confidently work within AI augmented systems. It addresses ethical and legal compliance, data governance, interoperability, workflow integration and trust among clinicians and patients. Seven work packages cover coordinated management, digital maturity assessment, ethical and legal frameworks, pilot validation, professional training, development of AI tool prototypes and evidence based policy recommendations supported by strategic communication and exploitation. GENESIS strengthens Europe’s capacity to adopt AI responsibly, improves clinical decision making and operational efficiency, and supports policymakers in establishing clear guidelines for AI deployment in healthcare.
