Zero Trust Passwordless Security for Hospitals in Central Europe (HEALTH ID SECURE)
Požadovaný rozpočet: 6.167.956,39 EUR
HEALTH ID SECURE tackles rising cyber threats in European healthcare by introducing a passwordless, Zero Trust aligned identity and access management framework tailored to hospitals and policlinics. Many facilities still rely on outdated authentication systems while operating under strict regulatory requirements, making them highly vulnerable to attacks. Across 24 months, the project will be deployed in 45 hospitals and 13 policlinics in Slovakia, Czechia and Poland, including several classified as Critical Infrastructure. All solutions will comply with NIS2, GDPR and national cybersecurity acts. The consortium will first assess each facility’s IT environment and legal maturity to establish a unified readiness baseline. It will then deploy passwordless authentication methods—certificate based, proximity aware and context aware—designed for clinical workflows where staff work with gloves, masks and in sterile zones. Identity telemetry will be integrated into existing SIEM/SOC systems to support continuous monitoring and rapid incident response. Training activities will strengthen human resilience, while national campaigns and an EU level replication blueprint will support broader uptake. The project will deliver measurable improvements in cyber resilience, user experience and regulatory compliance, offering a scalable model for secure, frictionless access across Europe’s healthcare sector.

Digital Platform for Cross Border Energy Trading and Grid Balancing (ETBP4)
Požadovaný rozpočet: 2.238.418 EUR
ETBP4 modernises and expands a digital Energy Trading and Balancing Platform that enables customers across the EU to buy and sell diverse energy products in a transparent, efficient and interoperable online environment. The platform supports trading of natural gas, electricity (including certified green electricity) and agro commodities for bioenergy production, creating a unified marketplace for multiple energy vectors. A key innovation is the integration of services for electricity storage operators, enabling real time balancing, optimisation of storage assets and improved grid stability. By connecting users, suppliers and storage providers, ETBP4 enhances market liquidity, supports renewable integration and contributes to a more flexible and resilient European energy system. The upgraded platform will strengthen cross border interoperability, improve data management and security, and align with EU digital and energy market standards. Through its user centric design, ETBP4 facilitates broader participation in energy markets and supports the EU’s transition toward a more decentralised, digital and sustainable energy landscape.

Supporting Education–Industry Collaboration for Advanced Digital Skills in Europe (SPREADS)
Požadovaný rozpočet: 1.777.661 EUR
SPREADS strengthens the development of advanced digital skills (ADS) in the EU by supporting consortia funded under the Digital Europe Programme. The project focuses on closing the gap between existing education and the fast‑evolving needs of the labour market. Through data collection and analysis, it identifies priority areas for future funding and provides guidance on effective ADS training approaches. A key objective is to enhance collaboration among education providers, industry, policymakers, and the funded consortia. By engaging stakeholders through surveys, interviews, workshops, and multi‑stakeholder events, SPREADS works to align curricula with industry needs and improve the design of inclusive training programmes, including for women, SMEs, and industry staff. The project also promotes the uptake of advanced digital technologies such as AI, cybersecurity, cloud, HPC, quantum technologies, and robotics across sectors. SPREADS delivers practical outputs that inform policy and practice, including recommendations based on identified support needs and awareness campaigns promoting ADS training and career opportunities. Its impact will be monitored through indicators covering analyses, communication, dissemination, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring meaningful contribution to Europe’s digital skills ecosystem.

Alliance of Ingenious Building and Construction Design Academy for Next Generation (AIDA)
Požadovaný rozpočet: 2.723.502,67 EUR
The project aims to create the Alliance of Ingenuous Design Academy for sustainable buildings for next generation. The project considers “ingenuity” a fundamental tool for managing complexity in the construction sector. AIDA main scope focuses on promoting the transition from the ordinary construction sector to a circular and innovative approach able to matchmaking the BIM (Building Information Modelling) with complexity toward sustainable, inclusive economic growth and competitiveness by reinforcing the innovation capacities, SME’s impact in the European ecosystem, and it provides support to SME’s to develop and undertake concrete. The project is based on the creation of an Academy able to upskill, reskill and driving, through a new vision, the workforce in construction sector with the complexity processes of design integrated with ESG, BIMA+ and Impact Driven Design. AIDA cover the demand of skilled workforce in building and construction sector with the ESG goals increasing the awareness of cross knowledge while answering to an effective market demand of competences and skills, for boosting the innovation talent and capacity of Europe in integrated sectors. AIDA represents a new model of collaborative platform able to bring to the EU building market, education approach, consumers and research ecosystems, an absolutely innovative model of interaction among stakeholders and broaden community. Innovators, entrepreneurs but also local businesses (1st set of potential users) will be able to co-develop world-class solutions to building challenges, and create growth and skilled jobs, while generating benefits to the broaden community of employers, job seekers, students (2nd set of p.u.), and supporting policy makers, regions, NGOs, cities (3rd set of p.u.) in reaching SDGs and reducing unemployment as well as to contribute to the New European Bauhaus and EU Pact for Skills.
